The PEMU Hub

Every PEMU Hub is more than just a physical space—it’s a dynamic base where farmers and PEMU Plant Health Partners (PHPs) come together to access the tools, knowledge, and networks they need to grow profitable, regenerative farms. Strategically located in farming communities, each Hub acts as a bridge between innovation and implementation, helping farmers maximize yields while protecting the land.

1. Consultation at the PEMU Hub

At the Hub, farmers receive personalized guidance from a PHP (Plant Health Partners) stationed on-site. The PHP takes time to understand each farmer’s challenge—whether through conversation, photos, or plant samples brought from the field.

Using PEMU’s digital Plant Health Database, the PHP reviews possible issues alongside the farmer on a computer, helping them clearly identify the root cause.

Based on the diagnosis, the PHP may recommend the appropriate regenerative product available at the Hub shop or arrange for a field-based PHP to visit the farm for a more detailed, on-site assessment of the actual crops.

PEMU ensures every farmer gets the right advice, the right solution, and the right support at every step.

2. Field Diagnosis by PHPs

A field-based PHP visits the farmer’s plot to assess the crops directly. By examining the plants on-site, the PHP (Plant Health Partner) can accurately diagnose the issue and determine the most effective intervention.

After the evaluation, the Plant Health Partner recommends the specific pesticides, fertilizers, or regenerative inputs needed to solve the problem and restore healthy crop performance.

3. PEMU Agrishop

The third component is the PEMU Agrishop, where farmers can access high-quality agricultural inputs—including seeds, pesticides, fertilizers, and essential farm tools.

After purchasing their inputs, farmers can request professional application services from PEMU, ensuring products are used safely, correctly, and with maximum effectiveness.

4. Professional Application Services

PEMU deploys a trained team of skilled technicians to the farmer’s field. These specialists handle tasks such as spraying and fertilizer application, ensuring every treatment is applied safely, accurately, and effectively for optimal crop performance.

5. Produce Aggregation Area

The fifth section of the Hub is the produce aggregation area, where farmers bring their harvest for organized collection. Through this system, farmers gain easier access to reliable markets, better prices, and coordinated selling opportunities.
